We’re looking for an experienced Internal Comms Manager who has bags of experience with change and culture programmes that have impacted and transformed culture inside big organisations. 

You’ll understand how to work with culture at a brand level and be able to show that you’ve worked on programmes that have placed a new brand narrative at the centre of an organisation. You’ll also have experience across employee facing comms and an understanding of how to design and deliver brand experience and messaging across employee touchpoints. Content and channels expertise is key and you’ll be used to designing a new comms mix and overseeing, or delivering, the content that goes into it. 

The role will suit someone who has come from a strong internal comms or internal brand, engagement and employee culture background. It’s a full hands-on creative role that will be ideal for someone who has worked with big brands and understand the impact internal brand management can have on employee engagement.

/Brand & Design Manager - Posted 17 October 2018

We’re looking for an experienced mid-weight designer who is coming at the world from a brand management perspective. You are most likely from an agency background (although in-house is fine too) and you will definitely know your way around a set of brand guidelines. 

This role is only available to designers with a strong background in identity management and brand development. This means your portfolio will show varied brands whose identity and visual systems you have evolved, managed, refreshed or re-positioned. You’ll have the eye for detail and accuracy that’s essential for strong ID management and appreciate the reality of developing practical tools for clients, not just beautiful design. 

All the usual Mac skills are a given and you’ll also be supporting the agency with a lot of presentation decks, so strong PowerPoint experience is an absolute must. If you have After Effects or other animation skills, even better. 

There’ll be plenty of client facing time, often on your own, so experience and confidence in working directly with clients is also important.

We’re looking for an experienced consumer PR Account Manager to join our comms team. 

You must have a can-do spirit, pots of enthusiasm and the ability to achieve gold-standard print, online and broadcast coverage.

The successful person will work across key accounts, developing client relationships and securing impressive coverage which keeps our clients smiling.

Ideally you’ll have over 2 years of PR experience and strong media contacts across radio, TV, online and print. You will be working with big UK brands from our brilliant portfolio of clients, delivering multi-route, integrated campaigns.

A key responsibility will be dealing with clients and managing accounts. You’ll also be conjuring up creative ideas, cultivating new press contacts and delivering impactful media campaigns. You must have excellent multi-tasking skills, have experience dealing with both clients and the media on a regular basis and be a supreme team player.
