LAUNCHING NEW EE FOR EMPLOYEES

Relaunching one of the biggest brands in Britain as ‘new EE’ required a complete repositioning, from mobile phone provider to a future-facing brand focused on connected homes and the needs of gamers, flexible workers and school kids: New EE does more.

Our role was to help bring it all to life on the inside.

We worked with EE on their transformation, with a brief to inspire 35,000 employees, help colleagues across the Group understand the new brand and instil a sense of pride in their ‘Founders’ working across Retail, contact centres and head offices.

We delivered a huge range of activity – from brand and comms strategy and integration, to inspiring CEO presentations, colleague-fronted ‘Meet The Founders’ films, animated design work and a huge environment branding project, landing the big messages on floors, doors, walls and bathrooms.

Our core launch campaign featured the iconic music tracks used in their launch TV ads, with bold colleague photography, styled and animated to perfectly integrate with external launch comms.
